Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace Group, Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division in Jackson, MS, seeks a Human Resources Manager for its manufacturing facility of 550 employees. The role reports to the Plant Manager with dotted line to the HR Director and will lead a small HR team to drive talent acquisition, engagement, attendance and labor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 2+ years supporting HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing a direct team.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HR strategy, objectives and goals with leadership to drive culture and results.
• Drive HR targets for the plant and support corporate HR initiatives.
• Develop and standardize sustainable HR processes across the division.
• Oversee talent acquisition, turnover, attendance, engagement and employee relations.
• Partner with union leadership to resolve labor relations issues.
• Provide guidance on policies and regulatory compliance.
