Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading EHS programs within manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operations.
• Experience using EHS information systems, digital workflows, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic Advisor to site leadership; ensure EHS is integrated into business, operational, and capital-planning decisions.
• Identify emerging risks and changing conditions before incidents or disruptions occur.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified, understood, and controlled.
• Provide technical EHS guidance to site leaders and teams; ensure corrective/preventive actions are effective.
• Support incident investigations and translate lessons learned into improvements.
• Partner with plants leaders on safety mindset, engagement, and risk intervention.
• Embed EHS requirements into daily management, processes, and projects.
