Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for our on-site Jackson, MS manufacturing facility. The role reports to the HR Manager and supports employee relations, benefits, labor relations, training and development, and site-wide HR initiatives.

Build talent across production and professional roles, promote Lean practices, and manage union relations under the bargaining agreement while ensuring data integrity across HR systems and collaborating with HR Services on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years HR experience.
• U.S. person for export control purposes under applicable laws.
• No immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Residence within 50 miles of Jackson, MS; travel not required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including employee relations, communications, benefits, labor relations, training and development.
• Assist in achieving facility goals and objectives for the Jackson site.
• Coach managers and employees to improve performance through engagement and effectiveness.
• Attract and retain talent across production and professional roles.
• Implement Lean tools, standard work, and process improvements.
• Administer collective bargaining agreement provisions and maintain union relations.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems with timely data entry.
• Support HR Services on transactional HR matters.
