Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a CI Manager for the Highland, IL facility, onsite with relocation provided within the United States. The role leads Lean transformation, drives process improvements, and develops employees’ problem-solving through training, Kaizen events, and 5S initiatives using Learn-Do-Teach.

Responsibilities include value stream mapping, KPI tracking, and facilitation of transformation reviews to reach operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and/or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Operational Excellence strategy and roadmaps for the Highland facility.
• Provide expertise for EBS tools and training including EBS Pull, OpA, and EBS Assessment.
• Lead BOS meetings to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Support Cost-Out initiatives aligned with Profit Plan objectives.
• Develop plant-wide training plans and build CI capability across teams.
• Monitor productivity and ensure shift quality and production levels are maintained.
