Job summary

Komatsu is seeking an HR Manager to lead leadership development, strategize HR solutions, and partner with business leaders to align HR programs with corporate goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership development, coaching, and change management

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning - Partner with business leaders to understand goals and implement HR strategies
• Leadership Coaching - assist with development of leadership competencies for leaders
• Employee Relations - collaborate with HR and leaders to manage employee relations and mitigate risks
• Talent Strategy - develop organizational design, human capital planning, and talent development
• Talent Acquisition - work with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Talent Development - identify solutions to bridge talent gaps via reviews and succession planning
• HR Program Management & Administration - align programs with COEs (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent, HR Operations, HRIS)
• Employment Law & Compliance - ensure alignment with federal, state, and local practices, participate in salary/wage administration
• HR Team Development - coach and develop HR Specialist/Generalist
