Qualifications

• We are seeking a senior HR leader with deep strategic and operational HR experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or HR certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and experience guiding HR initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: partner with site leadership to implement HR strategies that drive objectives.
• Employee relations and performance management: guide investigations, policy enforcement, and appraisals.
• Talent acquisition and workforce planning: design recruitment and staffing plans for hourly and salaried roles.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
• Employee engagement and culture development: foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
• Compensation and HR operations: coordinate with Compensation to ensure fair pay structures and data integrity.
• HR leadership and organizational development: mentor leaders and support scalable workforce growth.
