Job summary

Komatsu Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive HR solutions across corporate and business functions, focusing on leadership development, strategic coaching, and alignment of HR with business goals. This onsite role requires travel and collaboration with leaders across Milwaukee and Chicago.

You will coach leaders, develop talent, manage employee relations, and partner with COEs to deliver programs while maintaining a high-performance culture and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership development and change management.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and driving talent strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to travel ~15% and work between Milwaukee and Chicago offices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with business leaders to implement HR strategies.
• Leadership coaching to strengthen leaders' ability to manage teams.
• Employee relations and risk mitigation with fair conflict resolution.
• Talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Talent acquisition coaching and interview facilitation.
• HR program management with COEs to align performance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Coach and develop HR Specialist/Generalist.
