Job summary

Komatsu seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager for its Mesa Parts Distribution Center to lead strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will partner with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and culture development, while overseeing HR operations and compensation processes to ensure fair, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• We require a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s or HR certification is preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Minimum 3 years as HRBP or HR leader with strategic and operational impact.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Proven ability to lead change and foster inclusive workplaces.
• Experience using HRIS and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and site leadership to develop HR strategies that drive business objectives.
• Lead organizational analyses for structure, succession, and talent development.
• Forecast trends using workforce analytics to optimize productivity and retention.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence across the site.
• Design recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelines for hourly and salaried roles.
• Oversee compensation and HR operations to maintain fairness and accuracy.
