Job summary

humani is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant to join its HR Applications Services & Support team. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing SCAN HRMS, managing client projects, configuring the system, and delivering end-user training to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates will have payroll administration experience, knowledge of Greek labour legislation, and strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR & Payroll Consulting.
• Proven hands-on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek Labour and Social Security legislation.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing new client implementation projects, ensuring successful transition to productive use of SCAN HRMS.
• Configuring and customizing SCAN HRMS per client requirements.
• Delivering end-user training and guidance on platform use.
• Providing remote and on-site functional support to clients.
• Collaborating with consultants and developers on complex projects.
• Performing business analysis, gap analysis and solution design.
• Recommending system improvements and best practices for HR and payroll processes.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer experience.
