• 8+ years of HR experience as a business partner or in a corporate-level role.

• Proven track record of leading HR initiatives in a global matrixed org.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Build and guide a high-performing HR team.
• Establish scalable HR programs improving employee experience and manager effectiveness.
• Develop integrated talent strategies including acquisition, succession, leadership development.
• Coach leaders and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
