Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain HR Director to partner with ISC leaders and translate strategic priorities into workforce actions across locations.

You will lead workforce planning, organization design, leadership development, and employee relations, coordinating HR teams and ensuring consistent execution across sites. This senior role requires influencing outcomes, driving inclusion, and aligning talent with safety, quality, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive HR business-partner experience with leadership-level clients.
• Experience in organization design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and workforce planning.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical HR priorities and measurable actions.
• Excellent influence, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the assigned portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters in partnership with specialist teams.
• Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure issues are resolved with speed and consistency.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.
