Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Director in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule. You will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies aligned with corporate objectives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive talent acquisition, leadership development, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness, and shape the workforce for sustainable growth and a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in business partner or corporate roles.
• Experience as a generalist/business partner in a global matrixed org.
• Proven track record leading HR initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong leadership to develop and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team with accountability.
• Establish scalable HR programs and service delivery models.
• Develop and execute an integrated talent strategy for acquisition, leadership development, and retention.
