Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a strategic HR Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, providing multi-site support across distribution and corporate functions.

The role partners with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, with responsibilities including staffing, compensation, benefits, and learning programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 7+ years in HR.
• HRBP or HR Manager experience with leadership influence.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations.
• Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Experience with HRIS/workforce systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing on hiring needs across business areas.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives with business leadership.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions.
• Resolve associate relations issues through internal partnerships.
• Communicate HR programs to the responsible area.
• Develop and implement performance management plans.
• Deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Serve as primary HR contact between associates and management.
