Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to implement programs across staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations and learning. You will collect and analyze HR data and communicate programs to the responsible area.

You will partner with leadership to recruit for business needs, drive performance improvements, integrate HR policies during acquisitions, and manage associate relations while advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline
• Typically 7+ years of experience in HR-related field
• Advanced degree may offset less experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on employment needs, including recruiting.
• Develop and facilitate performance improvement plans with leadership.
• Advise on HR policies during acquisitions and integration tasks.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Deliver training and development to limit legal exposure.
• Serve as primary contact between associates and management on HR policies.
