The role partners with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, with responsibilities including staffing, compensation, benefits, and learning programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 7+ years in HR.
• HRBP or HR Manager experience with leadership influence.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations.

• Experience with HRIS/workforce systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG).
