Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an HR leader to implement programs across staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations and learning. You will collect and analyze HR data, and communicate programs to the designated areas of responsibility.

You will partner with the Staffing Department on employment needs, work with business leaders on performance improvement, and ensure HR policies are integrated during acquisitions. A strong emphasis on training and policy communication will be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in HR or a related field.
• Experience leading HR programs across staffing, compensation, benefits, and associate relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on business employment needs and recruiting.
• Develop and facilitate individual and divisional performance improvement with leadership.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions and organizational changes.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Communicate and align HR programs with organizational vision and goals.
• Develop and implement performance management plans with business leadership.
• Deliver training and development to limit legal exposure and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as primary contact between associates and management on HR policies.
