Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced HR professional to implement staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning programs across multiple locations. You will collect and analyze HR data and communicate programs to management.

You will partner with leadership to align workforce strategy, manage acquisitions, and mitigate legal exposure while fostering a culture of inclusion and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Partner/HR Manager.
• Experience coaching and advising leaders on ER, talent management, and org effectiveness.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried associates.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations and business functions.
• HRIS and workforce systems experience (Workday, Kronos, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing on recruiting for functional areas.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement initiatives.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Develop and implement performance management plans with leaders.
• Provide training and development to minimize legal exposure.
• Serve as primary HR contact between associates and management.
