U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead labor relations, workforce planning, and policy development across multiple facilities in a 24/7 environment.

You will partner with site leadership and union representatives to advance employee relations and compliance with employment laws. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, collective bargaining, investigations, training, and workforce development while ensuring alignment with business goals and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial or Labor Relations or related field required; master's preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience including employee & labor relations responsibilities.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, applicant tracking, and learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership and unions to manage collective bargaining agreements and labor relations.
• Lead HR policies, processes, training, and surveys to support compliance and strategic needs.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple facilities and locations.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and disciplinary actions across sites.
• Conduct site visits to assess workforce needs and build relationships with leaders and employees.
• Lead or support grievance investigations, hearings, and arbitration preparation.
• Participate in negotiations and implementation of negotiated agreements.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to support growth and operations.
