Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Prosperity, SC, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with plant leadership. You will lead HR practices, drive engagement, and align HR initiatives with operations.

The role oversees staffing, onboarding, payroll records, compliance, investigations, and development programs, with a focus on building a high-performance culture and delivering strategic HR services across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 3 in supervision.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and SC HR laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production team members.
• Manage onboarding processes including background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring payroll and employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance to management on issue resolution.
• Lead training and development initiatives including performance reviews and leadership development in partnership with Corporate L&D.
• Administer corrective action processes in a fair, consistent manner.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs including performance appraisals and wage rate administration.
• Support employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
