Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Human Resources Manager for PB Fasteners to lead the HR function and partner with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

This senior role covers strategy, recruiting, succession, policy, compliance, leaves, safety, and employee relations, requiring 7+ years of HR leadership and manufacturing experience. Relocation is available, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Hands-on SOX compliance and internal controls related to HR and payroll.
• Manufacturing/aerospace experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR department; set short- and long-range goals with site management.
• Develop HR strategies and monitor HR metrics with leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor on workforce planning, compensation, and talent decisions.
• Own site recruitment strategy and drive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for skilled roles through partnerships and referrals.
• Implement structured interview practices; manage offers and background checks.
• Lead succession planning, CPD, and leadership development programs.
• Administer performance management and annual reviews; coach managers.
• Create and enforce HR policies; ensure CA regulations compliance; support audits.
• Oversee leaves, safety, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Oversee compensation practices and pay equity in partnership with leadership.
