Precision Castparts Corp. in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead HR services across the facility.

The role partners with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, development, compensation, and benefits, while aligning with Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. You will supervise 2-3 HR Generalists, ensure HRIS data integrity, manage benefits and leaves, and support compliance with SOX, FMLA, ADA, OSHA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master's degree in HR or related field a plus; SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred.
• 7+ years HR experience; 3+ years leading HR team.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and SOX in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility leadership as a trusted HR partner.
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS management.
• Manage Workers' Compensation and safety coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, SOX, and regulatory reporting.
