Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is hiring an Human Resource Manager to join the leadership team at a complex production site in Georgia. This role provides strategic expertise to standardize and drive human capital policies and programs while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, mentor the HR team, and collaborate with Corporate HR, Legal, and Compliance to manage risk and deliver strategic HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ progressive human resources experience; manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and influence complex leadership with policy guidance and compliance.
• Experience developing HR programs aligned with business goals and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex human capital policies and programs.
• Provide direction to HR team on staffing, employee relations, and organization development.
• Consult leaders on staffing, compensation, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• Deliver HR training on performance counseling and employee relations issues.
• Mitigate risk through collaboration with Legal and Compliance experts.
