Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the onsite HR function at Savannah Machine Works in Pooler, Georgia. The role combines hands-on site HR leadership with strategic business partnership to strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will oversee HR Generalists/HRBPs and Recruiters, ensure compliance with laws, and partner with Legal, Safety, Operations, and site leaders to translate production needs into

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Six or more years of progressive HR experience, onsite manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience leading HR teams and translating business goals into people solutions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite HR activities for SMW in Pooler, GA and partner with site leadership.
• Develop and implement scalable HR processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits, leave programs, and HR data reporting.
• Drive talent attraction, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
