ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Senior HR Manager to partner with salaried functions across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more at our Middle River, MD site. You will drive workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations within a unionized manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 8+ years of progressive HR leadership, including managing a team and ensuring compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR management experience supporting salaried employees across multiple levels.
• Experience in manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Proven capability in investigations, employee relations, engagement, and workforce development.
• Experience leading and developing HR team members (minimum of 3 direct reports).
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for salaried support‑function employees, guiding org design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Partner with functional leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational priorities.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and annual planning processes for salaried staff.
• Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, succession, and career progression.
• Identify skill gaps and work with Learning & Development to implement targeted programs.
• Provide expert consultation on employee relations and uphold collective bargaining agreement compliance.
• Support grievance resolution, workplace investigations, and contract interpretation as needed.
• Lead HR communications and engagement efforts to reinforce MRAS values and employee experience.
• Oversee data entry, reporting, and HR data accuracy for site processes.
