CiresiMorek is seeking a strategic and operational HR leader to oversee a large manufacturing site, shaping site-wide human resources strategies and functions. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive growth and organizational effectiveness across the site.

The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years of HR leadership experience and a solid employee relations background, with readiness for labor relations in a heavily regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of related human resources management leadership experience.
• Solid employee relations background.

Responsibilities

• Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
• Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets
• Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level
• Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
