ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager to support salaried employees across key functions at our Middle River, MD site. You will partner with leaders to shape org design, workforce planning, and talent strategies while guiding performance, development, and succession efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR business partner for salaried staff, guiding org design and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management, talent development, succession planning, and training initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, union interaction, investigations, and contract interpretation.
• Drive HR communications, engagement, and culture-building efforts.
• Provide data-driven insights on labor metrics and ensure HR data accuracy.
