DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic counsel and advisory services to leaders across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. The role emphasizes partnering with senior management, driving employee engagement, and delivering expert HR guidance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in HR, and preferably PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years HR experience across major functions.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with senior management.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and labor law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on people-related issues.
• Lead end-to-end HR support across distribution centers and regional offices.
• Partner with senior management to embed people strategy.
• Coach associates and drive employee engagement.
