• Partner with Business Leaders on people-related decisions, providing coaching and feedback to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to drive performance and experience, scaling solutions across site and region.
• Harmonize site priorities with broader goals, focusing on diversity, inclusion, employee experience, and talent management initiatives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, remove barriers, balance automation with human judgment, and ensure risk management.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, develop digital fluency, and use AI to streamline processes.
