Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years of progressive HR management across talent, ER, operations and compliance.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern employment practices and state/federal regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS (Paylocity a plus) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to advise executives, coach managers, and handle sensitive workplace matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead full-lifecycle talent acquisition, onboarding programs, succession planning, and workforce strategy initiatives
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs to align teams with corporate values
• Oversee performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback structures for management leadership
• Manage core HR operations, benefits administration, leave management, and employee record maintenance
• Handle employee relations matters, workplace investigations, policy enforcement, and corrective actions discreetly
• Maintain, update, and ensure compliance across the employee handbook, federal guidelines, and state labor laws
• Directly supervise, coach, and develop administrative HR support staff while fostering documented operational workflows
• Administer HRIS platform workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement projects to optimize self‑service functionality
• Evaluate HR metrics to identify organizational risks, workforce trends, and process efficiency opportunities
