Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department across local communities. You will oversee onboarding, compliance, retention, employee relations, and training & development, ensuring policy adherence and efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, payroll processes, and implementing solutions through partnerships with campus leaders. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in human resources in healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead change and partner with campus leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct HR functions including onboarding, compliance, retention, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
• Manage activities such as payroll, Workday transactions, recruitment and training & development.
• Improve metrics like turnover, engagement, and claims management; ensure regulatory compliance.
