Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business; strong business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
• Project management or business experience.
• Experience in organizational development, design, and effectiveness.
• Strategic thinking with experience leading multiple programs and initiatives.
• Broad understanding of CoE HR roles and responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business and lead HR strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Coach and influence senior leadership on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Develop strategies to attract, develop and retain talent and lead succession planning efforts.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs and services and manage HR results and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate HR elements.
• Lead organization design and effectiveness efforts for optimal performance.
• Drive people manager development and foster a culture of high engagement and performance.
• Deliver change initiatives and align communications with organizational priorities.

• Prioritize projects based on business needs and resources.
