Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.

• Experience in organizational development, design, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the business and help design and implement HR strategies.
• Coach and influence leaders on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, develop and retain capabilities for current and future needs.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs and drive HR results including client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
• Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate HR delivery and support.
