AbbVie is seeking a Senior Director Business Human Resources (BHR) - International to partner with global leaders and shape culture, talent strategy, and leadership development across regions for AbbVie's diverse businesses. The role leads international HR programs, drives change in a matrix organization, and collaborates with Centers of Excellence to meet business plans and long-term objectives.

Executive-level collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong change-management skills are essential

Qualifications

Experience supporting a global business and partnering with international-based leaders (VP level and above).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
Experience in organizational development, design, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic partner to the International business functions.
Coach and influence senior leaders on leadership development and succession planning.
Develop strategies to attract, develop and retain talent for future needs.
Ensure delivery of HR programs and service with client satisfaction and financial results.
Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers for coordinated HR efforts.
Lead organization design, effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
Drive manager development and foster a high-engagement, high-performance culture.
