Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Organizational Excellence to partner with leaders worldwide in designing and delivering solutions that improve performance across functions. The role focuses on organization design, strategy, culture, and process optimization to accelerate business results.

You will coach senior leaders and HR partners, leverage data analytics, and expand organizational capability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• At least 10 years of background/experience in internal or external consulting, influencing and collaborating globally and with all levels of leaders, instructional design, facilitation, process design and optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple business areas and global teams.
• Track record of driving business performance during times of change.
• Known ability to develop others and create high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders across AbbVie globally and in all functions to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Assess root causes and deliver insights to inform recommendations.
• Help leaders define organizational strategy and align teams on a path to execution.
• Deliver holistic organizational approaches: design, team effectiveness, culture and process changes to accelerate performance.
• Facilitate live and virtual sessions for senior in-line and matrix teams.
• Advise and coach senior leaders and HR partners on prioritization and change readiness.
• Collaborate to create a data-driven culture and analyze data to inform organizational issues.
• Develop new tools and methodologies to improve outcomes for stakeholders.
