Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to design and execute an integrated people strategy that supports business performance, organizational growth, and long-term success.

As a key member of the executive team, you will advise senior leaders on talent, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness while guiding compensation, benefits, and leadership development across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise HR strategies aligned with business and financial objectives

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Human Resources strategy, translating business priorities into talent, workforce, organizational, and leadership initiatives
• Strengthen organizational capability through succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and targeted employee development programs
• Shape compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, employee retention, and financial objectives
• Build a connected HR organization by establishing consistent practices, developing HR leadership, and balancing enterprise standards with local business requirements
• Advise executive leadership through organizational change, workforce decisions, employee relations matters, regulatory requirements, and significant business transformations
• Advance HR infrastructure through improved systems, analytics, policies, processes, and workforce insights that enable stronger business decisions and organizational performance
