Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking an on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will provide strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees, handling employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management and core HR operations.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive HR leadership and manufacturing experience, with preferred PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification, and bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, culture, and organizational design.
• Drive organizational change to improve effectiveness and agility.
• Oversee employee relations and compliance, ensuring fair, legally sound HR practices.
• Lead core HR operations and talent acquisition, supporting hiring and retention.
• Promote engagement, accountability, and clear communication across all levels.
• Serve as the on-site HR leader, providing practical, hands-on support to leaders, supervisors and employees.
