Job summary

CCL Label Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across multiple locations. You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits management, compliance, onboarding, and workforce development.

The role partners with operations to enhance staffing, engagement, and performance, while overseeing LMS and training initiatives and ensuring payroll accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership/management experience overseeing HR programs, processes, or personnel.
• Experience administering payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple locations.
• Direct payroll function and ensure accurate processing and wage-law compliance.
• Develop, implement, and administer HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance, and development.
• Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee LMS administration, training compliance, and development initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies; update policies as needed.
