Job summary

CCL Label is seeking a Human Resources Manager with multi-plant responsibility for the Sioux Falls locations. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits management, compliance, onboarding, and workforce development.

Develops and implements HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals, ensure legal compliance, and promote employee engagement and retention. Oversees HR, Payroll, and LMS functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience across functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience administering payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple locations.
• Manage payroll processing, wage/hour compliance, and payroll systems.
• Develop and administer compensation, benefits, leave, and performance programs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
• Lead LMS initiatives, training compliance, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Oversee workers' compensation administration and return-to-work programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and report on turnover, productivity, and engagement.
• Direct HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development staff and annual evaluations.
• Stay current on HR trends and ensure policy consistency across sites.
