Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Talent Acquisition partner to serve as a strategic HR advisor across Morristown and surrounding markets. You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong HRIS and data analysis capabilities, experience with multi-site teams, and a commitment to compliant, inclusive HR practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
• Demonstrated success driving HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site senior leadership to deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, development, and leadership coaching.
• Lead HR projects and change management initiatives across markets.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and HR analytics reporting.
• Support compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
