Job summary

Zywie, Inc. in a fully remote, multi-state environment seeks an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle.

You will partner with the HR Manager to drive day-to-day HR operations, ensure policy compliance across states, and champion system, process, and documentation improvements that scale with the business. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HRIS/reporting, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of generalist HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, or performance management.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law.
• Experience with an HRIS platform and clean reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote work proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and procedures; advise employees and managers on interpretation.
• Monitor employment law developments across 20+ states; ensure compliance.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offer processes for remote hires.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and performance discussions.
• Administer benefits, 401(k), and leave programs; support open enrollment.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now records and generate HR reports and dashboards.
