Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as a strategic advisor across multi-state practices. You will lead HR initiatives, support employee lifecycle, and drive a high-performance culture.

You will partner with leadership to ensure compliance, guide employee relations, onboarding, training, and performance management while handling HR operations and payroll activities. This remote role requires up to 20% travel to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including training and development.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and adult learning principles; multi-state experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend interdepartmental meetings with practice-level and corporate-level leadership for support and relationship maintenance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate onboarding and lifecycle processes; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support leadership in performance management, engagement initiatives, and development plans.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training programs across the organization including harassment prevention and compliance.
• Monitor HR policies for changes in employment laws and oversee HR audits and documentation.
