Snap-on Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Innovation. You will partner with management on employee relations, manage the recruitment process, onboarding, and leave administration, and serve as a trusted point of contact for associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and leave administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems - preferably iCIMS and ADP.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management on employee relations and recruitment for open positions.
• Administer leave of absence, FMLA, and accommodation processes.
• Serve as primary HR contact for associates and answer HR questions.
• Administer immigration processes and visas as needed.
• Support annual affirmative action plan, reporting, and audits.
• Collaborate on internal HR programs and internships.
• Attend career fairs and represent Snap-on for internships and entry-level opportunities.
