Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee all HR functions including policy, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The role collaborates with the Director of HR to align HR strategies with organizational goals and manages on-site HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in HR with a strong background in recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership for strategic workforce planning.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and related laws.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and advise on workforce productivity and retention.
• Oversee leave administration, workers' comp, unemployment claims, and accommodations.
• Support change initiatives and workforce restructuring when needed.
• Maintain HRIS and secure employee records.
• Supervise HR staff and support professional development.
• Prepare leadership reports on HR activities and workforce trends.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
