Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong reading, analytical and interpretive skills for journals, reports, regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to teams and management.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and enforces HR policies, explains rules to associates and managers.
• Counsels management on associate relations and policy implementation.
• Recommends revisions to policies and drafts new procedures.
• Oversees recruitment, hiring procedures and staffing plans.
• Manages training coordination with external providers and vendors.
• Oversees benefits administration, worker's comp, safety and compliance.
