The role handles employee relations, recruitment coordination, compliance with state and federal laws, and performance management. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with Workday experience a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment coordination and employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
• Liaise between employees and management.
• Advise on salary offers and equity considerations.
• Coordinate workers compensation, ADA and related processes.
• Assist in recruitment and new-hire processes, including job descriptions and offers.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with policy compliance.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal HR regulations.
