Sager Electronics, a North American distributor of interconnect, power and electromechanical components, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to be the on-site HR partner for Distribution Center and Production teams in Fort Worth, TX. You will work closely with leaders and employees to create a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, recruiting, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for Distribution and Production operations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
• Lead onboarding for hourly employees and conduct exit interviews.
• Support investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
• Manage safety committee activities and OSHA-related compliance.
