Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an HR Consultant (Generalist) to provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries in Wisconsin. You will manage daily HR and administrative functions, ensure state and federal compliance, and support policy and handbook creation.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and payroll data integrity within the HRIS (ADP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or business.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
