Divine Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a growing field-based operation, partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, compliance, talent development, and HR strategy.

Based in the Phoenix area, this role collaborates with operational leaders on employee relations, investigations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, transportation, or field operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, employment law, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders on employee relations, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead investigations and resolve workplace issues professionally and consistently.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR team development.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and organizational change.
