Innova Solutions is hiring an HR Generalist in La Crosse, WI to partner with employees and leadership on employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You will maintain workforce records, support investigations, and assist with performance management while upholding fair HR practices.

The role emphasizes HR policy guidance, onboarding excellence, and confidential case management to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in employee relations and workplace compliance.
• Proven experience conducting employee investigations and managing sensitive workplace matters.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and resolving workplace concerns effectively.
• Guide leaders on HR policies, employee relations matters, EEO compliance, workplace conduct, and harassment prevention.
• Lead engaging onboarding experiences and orientation programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
• Conduct and support employee investigations, ensuring fair, objective, and compliant resolution processes.
• Partner with HR leadership to gather documentation, manage case files, and support disciplinary and conflict-resolution procedures.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee records while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by championing best-in-class HR practices.
