Innova Solutions in St Paul, MN is seeking an HR Generalist for a 6-month contract to deliver core HR services locally. You will advise employees and leadership, ensuring HR practices align with corporate standards and operational excellence.

Focus areas include employee experience, engagement, compliance, talent lifecycle, performance coaching, and HR analytics. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and hands-on Workday/UKG experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience as HR Generalist with expertise across employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruiting, and employment law.
• Prior exposure to a manufacturing or plant environment is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to support operational and corporate strategies.
• End-to-end talent lifecycle management from onboarding to development and retention.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee growth strategies.
• Manage employee relations, monitor climate, and drive engagement initiatives.
